Many NDIS participants have chosen our products with us, such as our Relax Mats, Mattress Toppers, Weighted Blankets, and Acupressure Mats. Check with your plan coordinator or support manager if you're unsure which items qualify for funding under your scheme.
Although we're not an official NDIS provider, we're happy to generate an invoice for you to settle directly if you manage your own plan or to pass along to your plan manager.
Requesting an invoice from us To request an invoice, please contact us by email (contact@musclematstore.com) and provide these details: - Participant name - Product information (size, colour, quantity) - Delivery and billing address, your name and contact number - NDIS number We'll provide an invoice and a payment link for immediate methods (card, PayPal, etc.) or bank account information for transfers. Include your invoice number when making bank transfers. After payment, kindly email us your remittance receipt.
